Banana Bread Recipe.

This is a recipe of extremely easy and very tasty banana bread loaf. After my successful baking of tutti fruity loaf bread i wanted to incorporate some fruits in my batter. This is where i found the recipe of Banana fruit bread. I must say that this came out good. The bread was extremely fluffy and moist . Within a minute me and my hubby finished half the loaf.

This recipe
Yields- 1 Bread Loaf
Preparation time- 10  minutes
Cooking time- 45 -50 minutes
Total time- 60 minutes
Level of difficulty- Easy
Ingredients:
  • All purpose flour- 250g
  • Banana- 2 large in size
  • sugar- 100g
  • Butter- 100gms
  • eggs- 2
  • salt-1 Tsp
  • Baking Powder- 1 Tsp
  • Baking soda- 1Tsp
  • Milk- 2 Tbsp
  • Vanilla essence- 1/2 Tsp
  • Raisins- 30 g
  • Almonds- 30 g
  • Choclate chips- 30 g or any choclate just cut it into chips.
Procedure
  • Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • In a bowl mash the banana's
  • In a separate bowl  whisk butter and sugar. Add eggs one by one until the batter becomes consistent and fluffy. Add the vanilla essence.
  • Now add in the mashed banana.
  • Whisk again to blend everything consistently.
  • Now add little by little flour in the batter whisking each time, until all the flour is incorporated.
  • Add the almonds , raisins and choclate chips. Give it a mix.
  • Preheat the oven at 160 Degree C.
  • Layer the baking tray or Loaf pan with butter paper or parchment paper.
  • Place the batter oven the pan and give the pan some tap twice or thrice.
  • Put the pan in the oven and bake at 160 Degree C for 40 to 50 minutes.
  • After 40 minutes just check the loaf by placing a knife or toothpick inside it. If it comes out clean your loaf is done otherwise bake for some more time until your bread is done.
Take out from oven once done. Let the tray cool a little bit such that you can handle it. Then place the loaf over the wired rack and let it cool. Once it cools slice and enjoy your Banana bread.
